Our Sewer Renovation team organises and manages the repairs of our sewers, and we are looking for the right person to help us achieve our goal.
Working in an office-based environment, you will:
- deliver excellent customer service by ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets are achieved through effective scheduling
- satisfy all customer needs by achieving target times and adhering to customer service standards
- ensure that relevant field staff have been scheduled for a full day's work, which is planned and organised to obtain the best possible efficiencies
