Location: Bristol
Salary: £35,000–£44,000 Basic (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday + 1 in 5 Saturdays

This key leadership position is responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the workshop, maximising productivity, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the service team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

* Oversee the daily operation of the workshop and manage technician workloads.
* Ensure jobs are allocated effectively to maximise efficiency and productivity.
