Job Description

Provide support for Workshop Controller.

To ensure manufacturer repair policies and Procedures are always followed correctly.

To coordinate, plan and deliver daily team tasks in the Repairs, Servicing and Support Services function, through the execution of pre-defined objectives as per agreed OEM standard operating procedures.

Position Overview Plan and Gear workshop team according to available hours daily Assist technicians with diagnostic problems Test drive vehicles Supervise technical staff. Communicate with customers n technical matters Oversee teamwork between Service Advisors, Booking clerk and Technicians.
