Opportunity Description
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Workshop Foreman to lead and control daily workshop operations ensuring safe, efficient and high quality maintenance and repair of heavy earthmoving equipment while managing manpower resources and work priorities in line with company standards.
Workshop Operations & Planning
- Coordinate manpower: mechanics, electricians, welders, helpers
- Monitor job progress and ensure on time completion
- Liaise with site teams and planners regarding machine availability
Technical Leadership
- Provide hands‑on technical support and fault finding when required
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues
- Ensure repairs are completed to manufacturer and company standards
Safety, Health & Environment (HSE)
- Enforce safety rules, toolbox talks and permit‑to‑work systems
