As a Workshop Manager specializing in off-road bikes, you will lead the daily operations of our busy workshop. Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of skilled mechanics, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing workshop efficiency. You'll be the technical and operational leader, driving performance while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Experience : 3-5 years of experience in workshop management, ideally in the off-road or motorcycle industry. Or must have ridden off road bikes as a hobby.
