Opportunity Description
Job Duties
- Perform good control of stock movement and proper recording
- Arrange delivery of goods to customer/agent/urgent request
- Check stock availability to the operation department
- Assist accounting department with quarterly stock-take
- Assist to prepare new car for workshop loading to sales to meet customer-required delivery date and quality.
- Assist in monitoring and daily closing of vehicle Repair Order meet the required SOPs
- Assist in new car warranty claims and submits to Warranty Department and monitor and dispose of warranty replacement parts in warranty storeroom
- Plan & prepare daily PDI loading list, prepare job order for every car
- Work and plan closely with Workshop Supervisor for productive loading.
- Assist in administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations
- To perform any other admin duties as and when needed
