Workshop Supervisor – Cold Chain

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise repair and maintenance of refrigeration equipment, deep freezers, and refrigerated vehicles.
• Manage workshop technicians and daily operations.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain service quality, safety, and spare parts coordination.
• Prepare maintenance reports and monitor workshop performance.

Requirements

• BE Mechanical/B Tech (Mechanical) or relevant technical qualification in Refrigeration / Mechanical
• Minimum 1–3 years' experience in cold chain or refrigeration workshop operations.
• Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems will be preferred.
• Hands on MS Office particularly in Excel and PPT.
