A well-established industrial pumps company based in Johannesburg North, supplying technically advanced products for a variety of industries and applications, is seeking a Workshop/Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum requirements for the role: Minimum Matric with an applicable Trade Certificate. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Workshop/Service Manager. Good technical knowledge of pumps, welding, repairs, baseplate assembly, etc. Previous experience managing a team with strong leadership skills. Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Auto CAD would be an advantage. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Valid driver’s licence.
