Workspace Analytics Lead

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Workspace Analytics Lead for a 12+ month contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office. 


Pay Rate: $65.00 - $68.00 per hour

This role is responsible for establishing a clear, credible workspace measurement capability that informs space allocation, campus planning, and future workspace design decisions. The ideal candidate will define which workspace metrics matter, assess how well existing systems and data support those metrics, and deliver foundational dashboards and a practical roadmap that enable leaders to make better, evidence-based space decisions. This is a hands-on, timebound role focused on building clarity and momentum, not long-term system administration or tool ownership.
