Workspace Project Manager

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a business-oriented Project Manager to support a large-scale facilities and site transition initiative with one of our clients in the Bay Area. This is not a technical or construction PM role. The focus is on logistics, coordination, change management, and cross-functional execution to support the phased movement of people and operations across multiple buildings.
The Project Manager will operate at a management level, serving as the central point of coordination across facilities, internal functions, and leadership to ensure timelines, dependencies, and impacts are clearly understood and actively managed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Own execution of a multi-phase site transition involving two buildings, serving as the central point of coordination for the site
