Patient Ratio: 4-7 per day
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients with acute and chronic wounds, including wound evaluation, measurement, and documentation.
Develop and implement individualized wound care treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient-specific needs.
Perform wound debridement, dressing changes, and other advanced wound care procedures using sterile techniques.
Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff on wound management, prevention strategies, and self-care techniques.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care. ...
