Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose wound-related conditions.
Develop and implement comprehensive wound care treatment plans.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress.
Educate patients and their families on wound care management.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience required as wound care.
Current Indiana NP license.
Valid driving license & own vehicle
