WSH Coordinator cum Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) Operator

Job Description We are seeking one qualified WSH Coordinator cum BMU Operator to support façade maintenance works and ensure Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) compliance for our building projects in Singapore. Key Responsibilities BMU Operations (Residential Condo) Duties Operate Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) systems for façade maintenance of high-rise residential buildings. Conduct pre-use inspections andensure BMU systems are safe for operation. Ensure proper use of fall protection systems and anchorage points. Perform routine checks, basic troubleshooting and coordinate servicing / repairs. Coordinate with team lead on the scheduling of façade works with Managing Agent (MA), residents and contractors when required. Ensure minimal disruption toresidents during operations.
