Morson Edge are actively recruiting for X2 Quantity Surveyors in Walsall, on behalf of a tier one contractor. This is a permanent role and were seeking candidates with a civil engineering background, ideally within the water sector. NEC form of contract experience is also essential. Key Responsibilities Reporting Ensure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit levels Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place Carry out cost management, including forecasting Update the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans Processes Help ensure that internal commercial processes are adhered to across the business unit Actively seek to improve processes and procedures Hold a good understanding of the processes and procedures used by any JV/Alliance that we are working with, and assist in their development and improvement External relationships Help ensure that any main contracts entered into have terms and conditions that are appropriate for Barhale, wi...
