Job Description
Responsible for device validation and customer support using 93K SMT7/SMT8 platform
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product definition, and application engineering to develop comprehensive test plans aimed at achieving targeted coverage and ensuring product quality.
+ Provide expert ATE test solutions and recommendations based on device characteristics and design specifications.
+ Independently perform validation of complex high-speed functions and AC parameters with high precision.
+ Work with design and verification teams to create test patterns that support/enhance test plans.
+ Manage revision control for test program development and oversee final releases to ensure continuity and quality.
+ Provide customer support for issue debug.
