About the Role

Based at Waterfront House, this is a key operational leadership role within the yard at Lyttelton Port Company (LPC). Reporting to the Team Leader, the Yard Leading Hands play a critical role in coordinating and executing safe, efficient, and compliant yard operations aligned to the daily operational plan. This is a Monday - Friday position - no shift work required.

Working closely with Operations Leadership, Planning and Excellence Teams, and frontline Cargo Handlers, you will help ensure yard activities are delivered to a high standard while meeting strict regulatory requirements with external stakeholders such as Customs and MPI.
