Yoga Instructor & Wellbeing Activity Facilitator

The Role

La Crisalida Retreats is looking for a qualified Yoga Teacher and Wellbeing Activity Facilitator based in the Albir area.

This is a part-time, permanent position (Contrato Indefinido) within our Guest Programme Team. You will play an important role in delivering our structured holistic wellbeing programme, supporting guests through Yoga , guided walks, meditation, workshops, and group activities designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Working closely with our Senior Mentors and Programme Managers, you will help create a calm, supportive, and professional retreat environment while ensuring a consistent and high-quality guest experience.

This role is suited to someone who is confident leading groups and genuinely passionate about health, wellbeing, and personal transformation.
