Salary: £30,000 per annum

Role Overview

We are recruiting a passionate and proactive Youth Mentor/NEET Engagement Coach to support young people at risk of becoming Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) within the Speke area. As a NEET Engagement Coach, you will work closely with young people, particularly those in Years 10 and 11, building trusted relationships to understand their individual aspirations, challenges and barriers. You will provide tailored coaching, mentoring and practical support to help them successfully transition into post-16 education, employment or training.
