Youth Worker (School)

To support students at Woodgrove Secondary School under the Ministry of Education’s UPLIFT initiative, You will mentor at-risk adolescents to build resilience and school connectedness.

• Daily Hours : 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Shift Type : Half-day / After-school structured sessions.
• Rest Days : Weekends off (No service required on Saturdays and Sundays).
• Public Holidays : Off on all gazetted public holidays.

• Facilitate UPLIFT programs : Run after-school engagement and reflection sessions.
• Provide guidance : Build positive mentoring relationships through regular interactions.
• Conduct small-group interventions : Run pull-out sessions for selected students.
• Collaborate closely : Partner with Year Heads, School Counse...
