Youth Worker / Student Support Officer (School-Based, Part-Time)

Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Youth Worker to join our team to support the implementation and coordination of Student with Additional Needs (SwANs) programmes under the UPLIFT initiative at a primary school in Jurong West. You will work closely with the school's Student Management Team, Year Heads, Form Teachers, and School Counsellors to provide timely mentoring and social-emotional interventions for high-needs or vulnerable student populations. Build positive relationships and conduct regular socio-emotional check-ins with targeted primary school students facing attendance, behavioural, motivational, or family-related challenges. Programme Coordination:
