Youth Worker - Woodlands

About the Role

The Talent People Pte. Ltd. is sourcing a Youth Worker to support a Secondary School's inhouse mentoring and engagement programme. Working closely with the Student Management Team, Year Heads, and School Counsellors, you will play a key role in mentoring and engaging identified students through structured interventions, relationship‑building, and positive youth development initiatives.

This role focuses on strengthening students' school connectedness, resilience, social‑emotional competencies, and overall engagement in school life.
