GSL Education are seeking dedicated and compassionate Youth Worker to work at an Alternative Provision that supports students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs in York, North Yorkshire . As a Youth Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support, guidance, and encouragement to students with diverse learning needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Youth Worker or in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and experience working with students with diverse learning needs such as Autism, ADHD and SEMH.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support the well-being and development of young people.
