YR23 - Elder Care Executive

Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm | Sat, 8.30am - 12.30pm Orchard Full time - perm $2300 - $3000 Job Responsibilities: Provide care and companionship to assigned elderly clients Ensure clients follow the daily programme and activities Lead and participate in group activities with clients Assist with basic ADLs, including personal hygiene, medication reminders, oral feeding, toileting, and manual transfer to/from wheelchair or geriatric chair Measure and monitor vital signs Assist clients with simple exercises as instructed Ensure clients' safety during all activities Follow centre processes, procedures and guidelines Report incidents or changes in client condition promptly to the Centre Manager Support other Care Executives and maintain good teamwork Assist in retaining and expanding the client base
