- Infant Care Teacher – Minimum ACEY (EY2) / HCIC (EY1) / CIT with EYDF completed
- Assistant Infant Care Teacher – Ongoing ACEY / HCIC course or relevant experience
- Monitoring learning progress of students
- Building good rapport with parents, staff and students
- Providing a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable
- Guiding, motivating and monitoring Assistant Teacher / Classroom helpers in carrying out their tasks
- Following assigned work shift patterns of the center
