+ Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers.
+ Maintain Ice Surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance.
+ If needed, answer phones and respond to questions about our programs.
+ Ability to make decisions quickly with Confidence.
+ Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules.
+ Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior.
+ Team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
