Opportunity Description
The Zero hour Pharmacist role is to support the delivery of Community Assessment Days under the WorkWell programme. TyneHealth has been contracted to deliver Community Assessment Days for people with MSK problems who are struggling to stay in work or wanting to get back into work but limited by their health problems. The Pharmacist would provide support on the days giving advice on medicating pain, when best to go to the GP and other support.
Responsibilities
- Attend the Community Assessment Days around the North Tyneside area.
- Deliver support to participants around low level pain management strategies and when to contact your GP.
- Provide high-quality clinical advice, supporting the federations commitment to delivering safe, innovative, community-based healthcare closer to patients homes.
