Responsibilities
Develop regional business strategy through wider - deeper Key Account & indirect coverage.
Ensure PGSB execution.
Drive direct coverage agenda for potential accounts with AU teams.
Manning deployment basis RU AOP budget & coaching to develop team capability
Put in place robust tracking measures for RU functioning
Drive ownership on region costs with strong control measures.
To set team KPIs with periodic review, actionable feedback & support
