製造スペシャリストは、放射性医薬品の製造プロセス全体（エンドツーエンド）を統括し、GMP（適正製造基準）、放射線安全規制、および当社の品質基準を遵守しながら、安定的かつ安全な生産を確保する役割を担います。本ポジションでは、生産スケジュールの管理、製造プロセスの最適化、規制遵守の確保、ならびにチームをリードし、効率的で安全なオペレーションを維持することが求められます。
