Opportunity Description
工作职责-IT Ticket Optimization: Assist in resolving, sorting, analyzing, and categorizing daily IT tickets to identify recurring issues. Collaborate with the development team to propose solutions for reducing ticket volume and accelerating resolution efficiency.-Product Support: Assist the product manager in drafting user stories for cost-optimization features. Participate in user testing and collect feedback to iterate on solutions.
