ZICC Senior Manager – Commercial Operations

POSITION SUMMARY
The Zoetis Tech and Digital ZICC Senior Manager – Commercial Operations will lead the ZTD Commercial ICC organizational growth and establish an inclusive and integrated culture. This role will act as the key point of contact in ICC for hiring, financial management, Program management, Delivery excellence across Commercial Delivery, Operations & Global Dx resources, estimated at 40+ individuals, and is also responsible for overseeing hiring, performance, resource capacity planning, and mentoring of resources. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, working in a matrix and organization, with strong domain knowledge preferred. Experience and expertise working in an Agile and/or DevOps framework with teams at varying levels of maturity also preferred.
