Opportunity Description
Job Description: Drive sales growth and achieve zonal targets for Phaco & Diagnostic Equipment business. Manage end-to-end sales process including lead generation, product demonstration, closure, and after-sales support. Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, surgeons, key accounts, KOLs, and channel partners. Lead, mentor, and train Technical Sales Engineers and Application Specialists to improve performance. Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities. Ensure effective utilization and tracking of demo equipment for maximum ROI and customer conversion. Conduct regular field visits, joint customer meetings, and review sessions with the sales team.
