Opportunity Description
What you will do:
+ Develop and execute the state sales plan to achieve revenue targets and increase market share through direct sales and effective collaboration with dealers, surgeons, and distributors.
+ Drive regional profitability by closely monitoring and improving the Gross Margin Relative Index (GMRI).
+ Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives and sales targets.
+ Lead and execute product launch strategies to ensure strong market adoption and penetration.
+ Conduct detailed territory analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline planning, and proactive lead management.
