Zscaler SME (Subject Matter Expert) Edinburgh (2 days onsite per week, hybrid working) Salary up to £70,000 About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Subject Matter Expert (SME) to manage and support a client's internal Zscaler function. This role involves day-to-day administration, integration with other IT systems, and the delivery of training and best practice guidance to internal teams. You will be embedded within the client’s cyber or network security function, acting as the go-to expert for Zscaler services, including ZIA, ZPA, and related technologies. Key Responsibilities:

Daily administration and optimisation of Zscaler services (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, etc.)

Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving Zscaler-related issues
